STANDARD TERMS OF SALE

  1. The client expressly waives his own standard terms and conditions, even if they were drawn up after these general terms and conditions of sale. To be valid, any deviation must be expressly agreed in writing in advance. 
  2. Our invoices are payable within 5 working days, unless a different payment term is stated on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment on the due date, CIP bv reserves the right to request a fixed interest compensation of 10% of the amount still due. CIP bv is entitled to suspend any service without prior warning in the event of late payment. If a payment is still outstanding more than thirty (30) days after the due date, CIP bv reserves the right to call on the services of a collection agency.   3.  Certain countries apply withholding tax on the amount of invoices in accordance with their domestic legislation. Any withholding at source is paid by the client to the Tax Authorities. Under no circumstances can CIP bv become involved in costs related to the legislation of a country. The amount of the invoice will therefore be payable to: CIP bvba in its entirety and excluding any costs related to the legislation of the country where the client is established.
  4. CIP bv undertakes to make every effort to provide high-performance services in a timely manner in accordance with the agreed terms. However, none of its obligations can be regarded as an obligation to achieve results. CIP bv cannot under any circumstances be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of a claim for damages filed by an end consumer against the client.
  5. To be admissible, CIP bv must be informed of any complaint by registered letter to its registered office within 8 days after delivery of the goods or the provision of services.
  6. All our contractual obligations are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
