Email traffic can no longer be ignored today. It has become relatively easy to create media files. Photos taken with smartphones are taking up more and more space. When we receive documentation and resend it, the storage space occupied is doubled.

That is why we have chosen to forward as many files as possible with a hyperlink. These files are originally on my Sharepoint.

By default, access is limited to the recipients of the Email messages. Access is valid for 30 days by default, and you can always download the files.

- For security reasons, Microsoft has opted for a 2-step identification:

​- you will be asked for your Email address again. This must be the same email address from which you received the email.

​- you will receive an email with a number code at the same email address with which you received the email. This may take a while. Everything depends on the Microsoft server and your Email server.

​- enter this number code in the popup window before you get access..

​- Sometimes you have access to an entire folder / folder and you can also click it open..
